Naturopathic care does not in any way excludes conventional medical monitoring. The naturopath works together with any other health professional in order to develop in the individual the desire for self-care by oneself, personal involvement being the master key to health recovery. The suggested recommendations by the naturopath aim to assist the body in regaining its vitality.

What happens during a consultation?

We draw up a naturopathic assessment together by carrying out:

  • A detailed health history;

  • An overview of family history;

  • A detailed analysis of lifestyle habits (diet, physical and            social environment, physical activity, stress management);

  • An analysis of vitality indices;

  • An assessment of your body composition using scans    functional tests (if necessary, more in-depth testing will be recommended).

During the first consultation, I carry out a complete naturopathic health check-up in order to find the potential causes of imbalances throughout the body.

It will be important to complete the naturopathic questionnaires which will provide me with the necessary information on your overall health situation and on the functioning of all your systems. I will then be able to make specific recommendations to help you achieve your health goals.

Regular follow-ups are generally suggested to complete the process of stabilizing your condition.

Tests and analyzes

The means available to naturopathy to assess the level of vitality and toxicity are:

  • Tests to evaluate functional imbalances (digestion, adrenals, metabolism) by analyzing the elements contained in the hair, saliva and / or urine (vitamins, minerals, heavy metals);

  • Food intolerance tests;

  • Assessment of vitality, biological age;

  • Level and type of stress.
